H. Scott Schultz was born in a small town in Southern Louisiana; you may have heard of it…it’s called New Orleans. Scott spent most of his formative years in Polk county Florida.
Scott received his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
He has worked with several major manufacturing companies and as a result became involved with commercial and industrial real estate transactions, acquisitions and investments. This facilitated his move into residential real estate and commercial real estate as a career.
Currently holding Licensure in Florida and Pennsylvania, Scott is pursuing a Commercial Real Estate career in Florida and intends to move into Commercial and Real Estate Investment Partnerships in the near future.
